Lenormand or Tarot for Work Frustration?
Most people in a dead‑end job sit around waiting for a “lucky break.” That’s not how this works. If you’re exhausted by work you hate, the real question is: what’s poisoning your energy, and what needs to die so you can move?
In this pull, I ran my own work question through Lenormand and then Tarot to show how both systems cut through the noise to get to the heart of the matter.
Lenormand
The Lenormand line was Snake – Heart – Coffin – Fish – Bouquet, with Coffin as the theme.
“What has to die so I can move on and keep the momentum going forward?”
Snake biting at Heart is toxic emotion around work I don’t like. Coffin says that pattern has to end. Only then do Fish and Bouquet show up as stable income and work that actually feels like a gift.
“When you can let go of that toxic situation and let your heart become a little bit more easy, you can become prosperous and move forward.”
Tarot
The Tarot spread used the 8 of Wands as the theme, 3 of Swords reversed as what to be mindful of, and King of Swords reversed as what to watch out for.
“Eight of Wands—things are moving quickly. You have to be careful of fast incoming messages around your passions and desires.”
The 3 of Swords reversed points to a mind that’s been crushed by that constant noise.
“It broke you. It’s telling you to take it with a grain of salt and let it roll off your back so you can move forward.”
King of Swords reversed is the false “logic” that keeps you stuck.
“The mind is going to tell you things that aren’t even real… you feel like you can’t do anything else because the sky is going to fall. Ignore that, because it’s not true.”
Numerology pulls it back to harmony: stop letting fear call itself stability.
What I Take From This
Lenormand demands a real ending to the toxic pattern. Tarot demands I stop letting the day job live in my head. The work still has to get done, but it doesn’t get to own my energy. At 5pm time’s up, move to my spiritual practice.
“Don’t let it consume your world. Do what you’ve got to do and move on.”
