When court cards appear in readings, they help define areas of insight. They display where the querent must focus for guidance as they move into the next stage of life.
Some use these cards to gauge the age of the person the card might represent:
- Page: Child up to 10
- Knight: Person up to 30
- Queen: Woman over 30
- King: Man over 30
I don’t use the cards in this way. Instead, they help define the maturity level we focus on, not necessarily physical age.
